Both Liberty of the Seas and Freedom of the Seas have a Skylight Chapel on the ships.
Weddings can be held in the chapel while the ship is in port.
The officiant, flowers, an altar, and other details can be arranged through The Wedding Experience, which coordinates weddings for Royal Caribbean and several other leading cruise lines.
The Skylight Chapel is located at the ships' top (15th) deck, which allows sunlight to stream in through the stained-glass window overhead.
Elevators do not reach this level, but there is a handicap-accessible chair on Freedom of the Seas to assist passengers who have trouble climbing stairs.
