Receptions are held onboard in one of the ship’s lounges. Weddings are not performed at sea. Ashore weddings are normally performed on a beach or at a garden. Deluxe Romance Package on Norwegian Cruise Line: Couples can celebrate their anniversary aboard a Norwegian Cruise Line with a deluxe package that includes sparkling wine and strawberries in the stateroom upon embarkation, one Mandara Spa wrap, two 25-minute Mandara Spa half-body massages, tea service in your stateroom one afternoon, breakfast in bed one morning, keepsake formal portrait, and dinner for two in Le Bistro with a bottle of wine. Vow Renewals on Norwegian Cruise Line: Vow renewal programs seem to vary from ship to ship and are included as part of the activity list at sea. On the Norwegian Sky, we joined in a free group vow renewal led by a Christian officiant. On the Norwegian Dawn, there was a fee to participate in the vow renewal ceremony.
Norwegian Cruise Line's Turnkey Wedding Package : The Intimate Wedding Package accommodates a maximum of 15 guests, including the bride and groom. It includes an officiant, recorded music, personalized keepsake marriage certificate, ten personalized wedding announcements, priority check-in, deluxe photograph album, one hour of open bar with cold canapés, champagne toast, snacks and refreshments, a two-tiered wedding cake and a bottle of NCL's Private Selection Champagne for a reception.
