Waiting period: 8 days (from receipt of notarized application. Couple need not be on island)
Call to request a marriage license from the Superior Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands in St. Thomas/St. John (340-774-6680) or St. Croix (340-778-9750)
Must specify whether the marriage will be performed by a Judge in the Court or by a member of the clergy
