Service is crisp, attentive, professional, and helpful.
Park Hyatt Tokyo is not a casual place nor one where budget travelers would feel at home. Flip-flops, torn jeans, and other garments one might wear to wash a car are out of place, and guests are asked not to wear such clothing. It seems a small concession to stay in a world-famous hotel that deserves all the accolades it has garnered since opening in 1994.
