The Tokyo Park Hyatt's Club on the Park is a two-story spa (entrance fee charged) on the 45th floor. Use of the pool, gym, and aerobics studio is free to guests.

If you don't come prepared with workout gear, the hotel can rent sneakers, socks, T-shirts, even bathing suits.

Its 26 x 65 foot pool on the 47th floor is the highest in Tokyo -- and perhaps the world. Nearly Olympic size, it's surrounded by panoramic city views. Children must be at least five years old to swim and an adult must be present.

For guests more likely to raise a sweat answering emails and surfing the Web, wi-fi is available throughout the hotel. For guests' use, the business center (where the concierge desk is located) contains one Windows PC and two iMacs (smart!).

The handsome library hall holds some 2,000 volumes on culture, travel, wine, art... the good life. They were selected by the Park Hyatt Tokyo's own designer John Morford and are available for guests to borrow and read in their room.
