The Body Holiday at LeSPORT has three swimming pools: a main one near the beach that ranges from five to nine feet in depth, an activity pool for aqua aerobics and volleyball, and the Oasis Pool at the spa for aqua tone exercises.
The spa, The Oasis, is huge, with a large staff and multiple treatment rooms.
Signature treatments include the Lucian lime and ginger scrub, which uses sea salt from the Caribbean, St Lucian coconut oil, and organic ginger and lime.
The Oasis offers massages including the St. Lucian sizzler massage to reduce muscle fatigue and increase vitality and the soothing oasis serenity massage. Hydrotherapy, wraps, facials, and hand and foot treatments are also available.
