Carambola Beach Resort has several beautiful spots suitable for weddings. The Bell Tower is a favorite site, while weddings on the beach and the resort’s scenic terraces are also popular.
The resort offers four wedding packages. The simplest, the Intimate Island Ceremony, includes a wedding coordinator’s assistance, choice of wedding location, recorded music, a wedding officiant, choice of vows, two required witnesses, roundtrip airport transportation, and assistance with legal procedures.
The most elaborate package is the Cruzan Celebration, with those same features plus a bouquet and boutonniere, live musical entertainment, a professional photography package, a videographer during the ceremony who later produces an edited DVD.
White table linens, candles, and local flowers are also included, along with a choice of a candlelight dinner for two on the beach or a morning-after breakfast for up to ten people. There is also an elegant three-course dinner for up to ten, with hors d’oeuvres, a tiered wedding cake, and an open bar for two hours after the ceremony including gratuity.
In addition the bride and groom receive a welcome basket, a one-hour massage for two on the beach, and a special keepsake. Seven days’ notice is required to purchase a wedding package.
