Carambola Beach Resort’s three restaurants are all named for different types of tropical trees found on the island: the saman, the flamboyant, and the mahogany.

The Saman serves breakfast and, on Friday nights, features a Pirates Buffet with seafood, salads, local soups and desserts. This upscale restaurant also has live music and is popular with local residents.

The Flamboyant, overlooking the pool and beach, is a casual bar that serves lunch and dinner. It serves tropical drinks like the Carambola Crush, made with Grand Marnier, pineapple rum, and passion fruit and mango nectar.

The Mahogany Room features fine dining several nights a week. It is closed during low season.
