Hyatt Dorado Beach Resort's Su Casa Restaurant is one of the resort’s eight restaurants and is its most romantic.
The Spanish Colonial-style hacienda dates back to 1905 and is accented by a red tile roof, graceful staircases, and an interior courtyard. Guests may be seated on a balcony with a view of the ocean.
Other hotel eateries include El Catador wine cellar; Ocean Terrace, with three levels of water views; Zen Garden, rated the best Chinese restaurant in Puerto Rico; Johnny Rocket diner; Hacienda del Sol, serving up Southwestern/Tex Mex fare; and the seafood-specialty Surf Room, surrounded on three sides by glass windows that provide unobstructed views of the beach and grounds.
