Twenty-two restaurants and lounges offer many choices. These include a top-rated Chinese restaurant, a sushi bar, a Japanese steakhouse, an Italian place, and Bali by the Sea.

The oceanview dining room specializing in Pacific Rim cuisine presided over by chef Adam Hightower, Bali by the Sea offers these signature entrees: sautéed opakapaka crusted with macadamia nuts and cilantro and kaffir lime sauce; roast rack of Sonoma lamb with orange hoisin glaze, and scallion-crusted ahi tempura with fern shoots and hearts of palm salad.

Some guests have complained that food and drink prices are high throughout Hilton Hawaiian Village, but there is no obligation to eat at the hotel. A convenience store is nearby and Waikiki itself has inumerable restaurants with different price points and a wide variety of fare.
