One area where the Grove Park Inn needs improvement is food presentation and service. The night we ate on Sunset Terrace, one of us ordered steak, which this dining facility is supposedly known for.
It arrived severely undercooked on a plate — with nothing else. Not a side dish, not a sprig of parsley. The outdoor restaurant's setting and view is so pretty, it would be wonderful if the food is, too.
Also, the bathrooms in this historic hotel are not notably large or impressive, except for those in the new suites.
