The Regent Bal Harbour Hotel in a Nutshell

NOTE: The Regent Bal Harbour was deflagged on June 22, 2009. It is no longer owned and managed by Regent Hotels & Resorts but continues to operate as a condominium.

Opened March 2008, the elegant Regent Bal Harbour anchors the furthest-north piece of land on Bal Harbour, endowing many of its 124 rooms and suites with spectacular views where both the Atlantic and the Intracoastal span out in front of inhabitants.

To the north lie Sunny Isles and Fort Lauderdale, to the west lies Miami Beach, and all around is deep turquoise-hued water.

On this privileged piece of real estate, a 26-story tower intersects with a pair of 17-story wings. Everything about the hushed and serene Regent Bal Harbour Resort says expensive — and it is. But if you can afford to splurge, you will revel in the good life here.
