Acqualina is unapologetically expensive. The hotel doesn't scrimp on anything, and it doesn't expect you to, either. Service is friendly, helpful, and professional.
Still, there is room for improvement. As mentioned earlier, turning off lights at night shouldn't require an electrician with a schematic... flatscreen TVs are not top-of-the-line and have frustrating channel navigation... wi-fi signals can be spotty on higher floors... the bathtub takes a surprisingly long time to fill... and room service can be both slow and forgetful.
Hopefully Acqualina, as the Florida showplace of the prestigious Rosewood brand, will work out most of these kinks in the next few months so that guests receive a flawless luxury experience. The hotel is well on its way.
