These cozy guestrooms have beds with canopies or elaborate headboards, fresh flowers on the marble sink, and conveniences like televisions, air-conditioning, and whirlpool tubs. Most guest rooms include a fireplace, comfortable armchair, and marble bathroom. Some have a private patio outfitted with lawn furniture.

The Inn at West Falmouth serves a different buffet breakfast every day. Hot entrees may include homemade blueberry pancakes and bacon, sausage and quiche, or ham and cheese crepes with cinnamon coffee cake. The parlor stocks snacks such as cheese with pepperoni and crackers, hummus, chips and salsa, or chocolate fondue with fruit.

The staff will arrange sailboat trips and other outings and will pack picnic lunches for hikes to the Knob, a popular destination.

With its weathered gray exterior, the inn resembles a comfortable summer house. Common rooms are filled with sunlight and tastefully decorated. The parlor has a six-foot pink granite fireplace, and the dining room is lined with French doors that overlook the deck and, in the distance, the ocean. Grounds are lush and well-manicured.
