Martinique Marriage License Requirements

Martinique Marriage License Laws:

  • Waiting period: Must be in residence at least 1 month prior to wedding day
  • Residency card
  • French translation of all English documents

    • Martinique Marriage License Fee:

  • Contact local tourism office for information.

    • Identification Needed for a Martinique Marriage License :

  • Birth certificate (or copy with raised seal)
  • Medical certificate (including blood test) has to be issued on-island by a doctor in Martinique or certified by a French Consulate within three months of event
  • Certificate of good conduct certifying single status
