The Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas shines as a place for a destination wedding. In addition to its capacious windowed ballrooms, it features four very different outdoor venues that can be decorated to suit a couple's tastes:
- Florentine Garden, in full view of the hotel and with the lake as a backdrop. In the center is a firepit than can be covered up to provide a raised platform so the couple could marry "in the round."
- Tuscany Courtyard, a private, intimate setting for no more than 50 guests. With nothing discordant to distract the eye, this long, narrow space appears to be surrounded by an Italian village
- The Beach, a small patch of sand to which a dock can be affixed; the ceremony may be held upon it. The beach is especially romantic at night when illuminated by torches and votives
- Ponte Veccio Bridge, a long, open-air hallway spanning the lake. It contains its own wedding Chapel Fiorenza that features old-world wrought-iron sconces and chandeliers and hand-carved wooden pews.
Couples who favor a private indoor/outdoor setting can marry and celebrate in the nearby
Ponte Veccio Pavilion, a climate-controlled, lakeside venue. And to make the experience even more romantic, the wedding couple can be delivered there via gondola on Lake Las Vegas. It is the largest private manmade lake in the United States.
