Couples could dine for more than a week at Palazzo Hotel Las Vegas without having to eat at the same restaurant twice. Well-known chefs, including Mario Batali, Emeril Lagasse, and Wolfgang Puck all have outposts here.
If you're only going to splurge once, choose the sexiest restaurant at Palazzo Hotel Las Vegas: Sushisamba Strip. Designed in hot reds and oranges and set up with plentiful banquettes, it's an ideal spot to savor a sensual meal.
You can order menu items ranging from a whole squid to filet mignon. But if you're the least bit adventurous, leave the decision to your waiter and the chef. Just tell them what you like (and don't like), and they'll compose a palate-pleasing meal for you.
If there's more than just the two of you for dinner, Lavo is a good restaurant to try. Located right off the grand lobby of Palazzo Hotel Las Vegas, its menu features a variety of small dishes associated with Mediterranean countries including Spain and Italy. The idea is to order several of them and pass them around the table so everyone gets a taste.
Lavo's Ultimate Pizza lives up to its name. Topped with roasted lobster, truffles, cheese, crispy potatoes, and caramelized onions, you may be reluctant to share. But be generous; you'll need room for this restaurant's other taste sensations.
For breakfast, treat yourselves to fluffy, buttery croissants at Thomas Keller's Bouchon at The Venetian. Modeled after a Parisian cafe, it brings a bounty of morning goodness. In nice weather, guests can sit outside, although the view is nothing special.
And for a quick bite while you're lazing by the pools at Palazzo Hotel Las Vegas, there's Wolfgang Puck's Solaro. It's a fine place to get some shade, and the crunchy homemade potato chips that accompany Solaro sandwiches are addictive.
