The one-bedroom villa is 2,411 square feet and the two-bedroom is 3,224 square feet. Living areas include two sofas, a dining area, wet bar, and 50" plasma TV.
Guests staying in the first-floor Fairway Villas at Wynn Las Vegas can enjoy a private, infinity-edge swimming pool located directly off the villa's sitting area. Butler service is available.
Perhaps the most luxurious part of the Villas are the bathrooms, with a glass-enclosed rain shower and extra-deep bath tub with bubbling ports and chromatherapy lighting.
