All eyes are on Wynn Las Vegas, the newest hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, and the reviews are rolling in. Links and snippets of Wynn Las Vegas reviews follow:

Wynn Las Vegas Hotel Reviews

  • Asbury Park Press review of Wynn Las Vegas: "A stay is all Wynn, all the time: The Wynn name is on sheet labels, chocolates, bottled water, even the underside of room-service coffee pots. But his passionate attention to detail pays off for guests."

  • Vegas4Visitors review of Wynn Las Vegas: "This is intended as a grown up hotel. No one under 18 is allowed inside the building without a parent or guardian and there are no strollers allowed inside at all."

  • Joe Cavaretta, AP reviews Wynn Las Vegas: "Wynn has finally taken full advantage of the sun that illuminates this desert valley. Light pours into many of its spaces, providing a sense of openness."

  • Deena Beasley/Reuters review of Wynn Las Vegas: "Curved escalators lead down to a patio facing a large pool, the "Lake of Dreams," with a 70-foot wall of water cascading at its back. Periodically, the wall turns into a multimedia theatrical show complete with animatronic creatures."

  • Andrés Martinez/Los Angeles Times reviews Wynn Las Vegas: "Truth be told, Wynn's new resort underwhelmed me at first. It's oddly restrained, lacking the showy centerpiece that screams, 'Look, Ma, I spent $2.7 billion.' A lot of thought went into breaking the 2,700-room resort into discrete, manageable spaces where you might be lulled into thinking you are at a tasteful hotel someplace other than Vegas."

  • Rick Garman/KTVU reviews Wynn Las Vegas: "...a place that the average Joe is not going to feel welcome in."

  • Greg Morago/Hartford Courant reviews Wynn Las Vegas: "It's hard to remember a hotel stay that managed to both enchant and confound in nearly equal measure."

Wynn Las Vegas Guest Room Impressions

  • Rob Lowman/Redlands Daily Facts reviews a Wynn Las Vegas guest room: "While you may lose at the tables, you aren't likely to feel cheated in the rooms. Even low-end rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and luxurious with floor-to-ceiling curtains that are opened and closed by control buttons near the king-size bed."

  • Tom Gorman/LA Times reviews Wynn Las Vegas: "The room and bathroom, both spacious and beautifully appointed, doubled as a sales floor. Not only were the bathrobes and slippers available for purchase, but according to a price brochure in the room, we could also buy the TV ($1,700), the Andy Warhol prints ($175), the king-size down pillows, the comforter, the sheets and, in fact, the whole darn bed ($2,400)."

Wynn Las Vegas Visitor Impressions

  • Trip Advisor reviews Wynn Las Vegas (multiple write-ups from recent guests).

  • Gerard Ramalho/KVBC Las Vegas interviews Wynn Las Vegas visitors (video included): "It's nice. I really liked it. But I really like Bellagio."

Specific Areas in Wynn Las Vegas

  • Howard Seftel/The Arizona Republic reviews Daniel Boulud Brasserie: "A word about prices: Yikes. There are no bargains. You are paying a premium for the Boulud name and Wynn location. But let's face it: If you're here, you haven't come to pinch pennies. You've come for terrific food, whatever the cost. And that's what you get."

  • Steve Friess/Boston.com reviews Le Reve: "The show has been so poorly received by critics as well as the public that a plan to feature two performances a night has been postponed."

  • John Deiner/The Washington Post reviews Wynn Las Vegas attractions: "Golfers will adore the resort, with its on-site course (it's $500 a round) designed by Tom Fazio and Wynn himself, but there's not much else for nongamblers. You can pay $15 to see the Wynn Collection — a dozen or so works by the likes of Picasso, Monet and Warhol — or visit ... a Ferrari and Maserati dealership."

  • Steve Friess/Wired.com reviews high tech at Wynn Las Vegas: "Technological firsts and construction challenges at Wynn Las Vegas do seem to put it in a league of its own....Among its novelties, the place offers the biggest use of VOIP technology for hotel phones."
