Begin the evening with a signature Bellini made with white peaches from the hotel's garden at the glamorous Cocktail Bar. (Jacqueline Kennedy, who visited in 1962. loved the cocktail, too.)

Then dine under the moonlight at the Caruso Restaurant as the coastline shimmers below. Savor local Mediterranean dishes such as Amalfitan white fish baked in lemon leaf. The restaurant uses 14 varieties of thyme, basil, and other herbs from its gardens.

The alfresco Pool Bar features more-casual fare. Pizzas made in a wood-burning oven are heavenly. The salad bar with an assortment of cheeses and grilled vegetables is scrumptious.
