Freedom of the Seas Internet Cafe

The Internet Cafe is located on Deck 8 of Freedom of the Seas. It took everyone on my cruise so long to connect, it ought to have been called Deck W8. Rooms supposedly have wi-fi but the service was not operational when I sailed.
