The Hyatt Regency's common areas, walkways, and sunny patios make the most of open spaces that overlook or stretch out to the coastal landscape. And given Curacao's location outside the hurricane belt, it's a good bet for a honeymoon or romantic vacation any time of year.
Upon entering the reception area, guests find a spacious great room decorated with modern beach furnishings. It's artfully arranged with stylish but comfortable dark rattan furniture, cozy couches, and rocking chairs. The centerpiece of the room is a massive coral sculpture suspended from the beamed ceiling. Floor-to-ceiling windows lined with gauzy white curtains open up each side of the room to horizon sea views that are reminiscent of looking out at the ocean from a cruise ship.
Landscaping around the resort is distinguished by white coral gardens in striking contrast to the lush green plants and colorful tropical flowers. The grounds include three pools, a spa, tennis, a variety of restaurants, and a golf course for guests who can tear themselves away from the shoreline.
