Christened in June 2013 by Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge — no stranger to romantic tales with storybook endings herself — the 3,560-passenger Royal Princess joins the Princess fleet.

The heart of the ship is the Piazza, its ethereal spiral staircases floating down two stories to a bustling social space. It's a place to make a dramatic entrance or simply access the fun together.

A top-deck, glass-bottomed walkway offers thrills to honeymoon couples and others who want to watch the surging water 128 feet below as they stand 28 feet beyond the edge of the ship, while relaxation is found in cabanas at the Retreat pool – just a step from the water.

The largest pastry shop at sea turns out tantalizing treats for you and your sweet, and select twosomes can experience the romance of Chef’s Table Lumiere – a sublime, private dining experience enveloped in a curtain of light.

Other features to please seagoing couples include Bellini’s Italian cocktail bar, the largest collection of Super Tuscan wines at sea, an Ocean Terrace seafood bar, a gelateria, free on-demand movies in cabins, and a dedicated lounge for suite passengers.
