Gina got her start in the print world at Complex magazine during its launch year, then quickly moved over to the growing online realm in 2004. She's since edited and written for large media companies that include AOL and The New York Times Company, as well as small Internet start-ups.
From Gina:
"The first time I flew in an airplane, I was ten years old and got bumped to first class. I wasn't as lucky on the return flight, and quickly realized that travel isn't all ice cream sundaes and more legroom than a short kid needs. Since then, I've reviewed luxury Paris hotels and stayed in $2-a-night Bolivian hostels, testing out a range of travel experiences that have deepened my perspective on visiting new places."
Education:
Gina holds a BA in English and Anthropology from Smith College.
