Disneyland in California puts out the welcome mat for celebrations of all kinds, including birthdays, weddings and vow renewals. Couples intent on making memories at Disneyland — whether to mark a personal milestone or have an exceptional vacation — can stay in romantic places, dine well, and choose adult-oriented amenities and experiences. These are some ways to make your Disneyland celebrations great fun for two.
1. Upgrade Your Disneyland Accommodations
Pay a little more to upgrade to a concierge or club-level room at one of the Disneyland Resort Hotels. You'll get access to a private lounge and complimentary continental breakfast each morning.

Checking into a Disneyland Resort Hotel? Put in an order for a “Chocolate Lovers Delight” gift basket to be delivered to your room. It'll make your stay an even sweeter celebration.
Located inside Disneyland's Grand Californian Hotel, Mandara Spa offers couples exotic rubs and body wraps. Luxuriate in a frangipani nourish wrap or a lime and ginger salt glow. And if you've gathered a group for destination wedding or vow renewal celebrations, you can arrange a group spa event and salon services.
4. Order a Sweetheart Dinner for Two Available at all Disneyland signature restaurants (except Victoria & Albert's), this consists of a three-course prix-fixe dinner, starting with a shared appetizer. Choose two entrees and complete your gustatory celebrations with desserts billed as decadent. You'll get a souvenir toasting glass to take home as a memento of your celebrations. What's your favorite Disney movie scene? For many couples, it occurred in Lady and the Tramp
, when the two impassioned pooches sat down to share a spaghetti dinner. Why not relive that moment, starring the two of you, in Redd Rockett’s Pizza Port, located in Disneyland Park?

The magic of Disneyland lends itself to celebrations. If you're planning on getting engaged or married here — or just love beautiful things — stop into Jewel of Orleans, the the estate jewelry shop in New Orleans Square in Disneyland Park. Buying a distinctive ring or other precious treasure here will provide memories of your Disneyland celebrations to last a lifetime.

Celebrations that involve good taste are always fun. Disneyland’s California Food and Wine Festival is an annual six-week event that showcases the state’s agricultural products through seminars, cooking demonstrations, and tastings. Many events are free. Fees are charged for "signature" events such as cooking classes and celebrity chef presentations. Attendees are required to be at least 21 years of age to participate.
Do your best celebrations involve fine food and wine? Sample the fruits of California's Napa vineyards and the bounty of its fields and waters at the highly rated Napa Rose restaurant in Disneyland's Grand Californian Hotel. If you want advice on wine to complement your meal, the restaurant's sommeliers are trained to help couples find a California vintage that pleases.
This is the Disneyland celebration that lights up the night sky with color and fills the atmosphere with music. You can take it all in from a private aerie. Here's how: If you reserve a spot on the sixth floor of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa, you can have dinner and watch the fireworks show at the same time. Good deal!
Fun for grownups: Drink, dine, dance, and stay out late at the House of Blues in the Downtown Disney District. You’ll hear live music — R&B, reggae, hip-hop, Latin — from well-known performers as well as fresh talent. And if you don't want to burn the midnight oil, show up for the rollicking Sunday gospel brunch before your Disneyland celebrations come to an end.
