This eagerly awaited Ipanema property was "imagined" by Philippe Starck. Opened in early 2007, it has a lobby featuring highly collectible, retro-modern furnishings from the 1950s and 1960s. The restaurant serves traditional Italian-style seafood.
Although the Rio beach beckons, the crown of this jewel is its rooftop pool, surrounded by the Fasano fitness center, sauna, and coffee shop, all of which provide an unobstructed aerie for beach watching.
