Romance is the trademark of this resort. From its decor to the tranquility to the gardens and the spa, this place makes it easy to be in love.

Yes, there are business meetings held at Royal Palms Resort and Spa, but I can only imagine that it makes a business person yearn for some time away with his or her sweetheart!

Looking for a unique way to present an engagement ring? Celebrate an anniversary? Did you just meet your soulmate today at the pool and decide to get married? If you have the desire to stage an ultra-romantic moment, the resort's Director of Romance can conjure ideas that are bound to impress.

There are several romantic packages from which to choose. The Royal Romance Package is popular for visitors as well as local Phoenix area residents, and includes one night's accommodations in a casita, dinner for two at T. Cook's, a rose petal turndown, champagne for two, and chocolate-covered strawberries.

Note: Be sure to ask about limitations on the dinner. Our server at T. Cook's advised us that the package has a maximum $100 value, which means that two salads and entrees are about all you can order without adding additional cost.

In addition to guest rooms and casitas, you might consider booking the honeymoon villa, a 900-square-foot suite designed to enhance romantic feelings. Not that you'd need that....
