Dining at the widely acclaimed T. Cook's is a delightful experience. The chef's efforts to prepare unique and wonderful dishes is an unqualified success, and the elaborate presentations are impressive.

My menu favorites include crab cake, Mediterranean antipasto, lobster and fennel bisque, pan roasted duck breast, Moroccan spiced scallops, and braised lamb shank.

All the desserts are so stunning that you'll hesitate to take that first stab with spoon or fork.

The ambience at T. Cook's fits well with the resort. It's elegant without being stuffy. Dramatic chandeliers and wrought-iron accents with rich terracotta and gold tones grace the room.

The dress code at T. Cook's is business casual or resort casual attire. Patio dining is available year-round; a misting system used in the summer keeps guests cool, and a heated floor and fireplace warms the space in the winter.

T. Cook's is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For more casual dining including salads and sandwiches, there's the poolside Cabana Grill.
