Guests at the Boulders Resort have a choice of seven dining options, ranging from simple spa cuisine to the award-winning Latilla restaurant, which concentrates on American cuisine with organic and naturally grown ingredients. All have a strong Southwestern influence.
Palo Verde, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served, boasts breathtaking views overlooking the resort's 36-hole golf course and duck pond. There is also a Bakery Cafe.
