Its atypical spa treatments in a soothing environment include Rollersage, combining hot stones and massage; Tui’Na, an ancient Chinese massage/health modality, perfect for sore muscles; and the Ice Cream Pedicure. It features a scoop-shaped massage scrub scented with cranberry, lavender, or peppermint and includes a foot massage/masque with scents of chocolate, caramel, or marshmallow.
What Could Be Improved at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa? : It would be wonderful if all guests adhered to the “No Cell Phone Use” and “No Smoking” signs posted poolside by the spa. Relaxing after a massage is difficult when medical conventioneers conduct lengthy conversations while smoking. But this is more a reflection of manners than resort policy. Perhaps enforcement could be better controlled. Note: Summer temperatures in this part of the country can get uncomfortably hot.
