Above, Gatsby's Wine Bar. While the rest of the Sky's passengers crowded onto her decks to bid farewell to Miami (frankly, I'd seen quite enough of that place as it was), my dearest and I enjoyed the air-conditioned comfort of this deserted lounge.

Caviar and champagne were both available to celebrate our departure from the state Homer Simpson once called America's penis. As we toasted our good fortune to be departing Florida and beginning our journey, Susannah and Pablo, two talented musicians, set up nearby and began to serenade us....
