- Waiting period: 1 person in couple must be a resident for 30 days ,(residency card is required).
- Birth certificate (or copy with raised seal).
- Certificate of good conduct (including certificate of single standing).
- Medical certificate issued within three months of event; a blood .test is required.
- French translation of English documents.
