Guide Review
Tri-Color Wedding Band
Several decades ago, world-famous Cartier -- the French company that has designed and manufactured exceptional jewelry for more than 150 years -- introduced its innovative Trinity ring. Three simple, polished bands of differently colored gold were joined in a design that immediately caught on with both men and women. Although the ring was not originally designed as a wedding band, couples the world over have adopted it as theirs. (And jewelers the world over have copied it.) In addition to this ring's timeless appeal and the way it complements other fine jewelry on a wearer, this style symbolizes how different entities can be beautifully, and eternally, united. (Note: The ring in the photograph is not a Cartier original. Image provided by PriceGrabber.)
