Travel agents who are affiliated with organizations such as ASTAand CTC tend to be in business for the long run. On the ASTA site, you can locate an agent near where you live or where you work.

Worse-case scenario:

You didn't read the small print...a fast-talking operator took your money...your vacation wasn't anything like it was described. Well, fight back! In addition to taking individual legal action, you can file a complaint with the FTC using the Online Consumer Complaint Form.
