Hotel Guest Satisfaction Study

Known for its car reviews and ratings, J.D. Power and Associates recently turned its attention to hotels. It surveyed more than 66,000 guests who stayed in a hotel between May 2008 and June 2009. They were asked about their overall satisfaction with a hotel and to rate the reservations and check-in/check-out experience, the guest room, food and beverage, hotel services and facilities, and costs and fees.
