Honeymoons and the Economy

By , About.com Guide   October 21, 2009

Budget-savvy couples are heading for more unusual locales where the currency is not linked to the Euro, which recently hit $1.50 to the US dollar. These include Argentina and Croatia.

Even couples who've saved up for honeymoons are considering cost these days and looking at locales not on their original list, according to Travel Weekly, a trade magazine.

One great way to be able to afford your honeymoon is to consider registering for it. We have seen a dramatic increase in the number of couples deciding to register for their trip of a lifetime instead of a new towel set.

We are proud to have helped thousands of couples travel to destinations they may never have considered – a great feeling for everyone at Traveler’s Joy.

I encourage you to contact us with any questions about our service. Most importantly, enjoy your honeymoon!
