Savannah, GA anyone? This city always misses the list. I can’t believe Tampa is on there.
I can’t imagine such gluttonous, sprawling cities such as: Houston, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and San Antonio would ever be considered as “beautiful” or “romantic”.
And I am appalled that Seattle and Wash. DC didn’t rank higher. There are several differences between these two cities; however, both cities have many european style buildings with great european food. Moreover, they both have amazing ethnical diversity. The top romantic cities I would have to say are:
1) Seattle
2) San Francisco
3) Washington DC
Seattle is a booming metropolis with over four-million residents with a projected population of seven-eight million for 2030. If you go to downtown Seattle, you can grab a spectacular frech-style espresso with great sweet crepes. During our warm summers of 70-90 degrees, you can sit at the famous Pike Place Market and buy a Russian pastry or a Greek baclava and eat while the majestic Space Needle towers behind you. How much closer to Europe can you get here in America?Seattle should definetly be on your “bucket-list.”
